On 16-22 March 2016, under the Japan-Thailand Economic Partnership Agreement: JTEPA , The Japan Iron and Steel Federation (JISF)  and The Overseas Human Resources and Industry Development Association (HIDA) in cooperation with Iron and Steel Institute of Thailand (ISIT) organized “Newly recruited and Young engineers training course: The Training Program on Basic Metallurgy, bars and rods and Construction sector.  (SFTH2)” at  HIDA Kansai Kenshu Center, Osaka, Japan with  25 Thai participants. The topic of the training course are as the following :

1. “Basic Metallurgy” by Mr. Toshihiko KUJIME from College of Industrial Technology Dept. of Product Design

2. “Bar and Wire Rod Technology "  by  Mr. Takashi UENO from Sanyu Co., Ltd.  

3. “Steel Bridge” by Dr. Masashi KATO from JFE Steel Corporation

4. " Steel Construction" by Mr. Fuyuki ITO from KOBE STEEL, LTD. 

As for the plant tours, all participants were granted with great opportunity to visit Kyoei Steel LTD. (World' s leading long product steel  manufacturer ) and Kubota Corp. ( World's leading machinery manufacturer)  .
