SteelHome (China) Steel Price Index (SHCNSI) was 85.43 points (3,695 yuan) on November 19, 2025, down 0.03 point (1 yuan) from the previous trading day. Details are as below:

Construction steel: 20mm HRB400 rebar averaged at 3,183 yuan/t in 28 domestic markets, up 1 yuan/t from previous trading day.

Medium plate: 20mm Q235 medium plate price averaged at 3,449 yuan/t in 28 domestic markets, down 1 yuan/t from previous trading day.

HRC: 5.75mm Q235 HRC average price was 3,334 yuan/t in 28 domestic markets, down 2 yuan/t from previous trading day.

CRC: Average price of 1.0mm SPCC CRC was 3,914 yuan/t in 28 domestic markets, flat from previous trading day.

Ex-works price of steel billet in Qian’an remained at 2,970-2,980 yuan/t on November 19. Spot resources were priced 3,040 yuan/t, down 10 yuan/t. Direct-shipped resources saw sluggish transactions. In the short term, billet market prices are expected to maintain a relatively firm trend.
