Zenith Steel designated the development plan of one headquarters and three manufacturing bases. It announces that eight BFs, five BOFs and one EAF will be shut down in Changzhou North District, which covers about 2000 mu land. After production capacity replacement, the North District will upgrade from raw materials processing to terminal green manufacturing, and a manufacturing industrial park with a scale of 6 million tons and an operating income of over 30 billion yuan will be simultaneously built.
